Attaché: Give a user access to a company

There are 2 ways of giving users access to companies that they need to use. This task should be carried out onsite by someone with high level rights who has the ability to either Set Up and Delete Companies or to Maintain Users.

  1. To add or modify multiple users that have access to a specific Company data set use File, Set Up and Delete Companies:

    • Specify the Company you want to apply the changes to and then select User Access (F7) where you can specify which Attaché users will have this company available for them to select.

    • This method is particularly useful when setting up new Companies such as History Companies at end of year.

  2. To add or modify the list of Companies available for one user then use Maintain Users:​​​​​​​

    • Specify the Username you want to apply the changes to and then select Companies (F7) where you can specify which Attaché Company Name/s will be available for this User to select.

    • This method is particularly useful when setting up new Users.
