An issue has been found in Attaché Payroll version 23.1. In the Termination Pay screen, when selecting the Termination Reason, the screen intermittently freezes or hangs.
This has been logged as defect. This defect has been resolved in the Attaché 23.2 release, and it is recommended to update to this software version.
There is a workaround for this issue for any clients using version 23.1, which is as follows:
After choosing a Termination Reason, click Accept (F9). At this point, the screen may freeze.
Click Standard Messages (Shift +F2) in the tool bar, then click Finish (Esc).
Click Accept (F9) again, and you will then be able to move on to the main timesheet entry screen 2.
Click Finish to save and create the timesheet.
