Access Attaché has 3 CSP plan levels that you can choose:
Essential.
Standard.
Premier.

Confirm what support plan you are currently on
Log into the Customer Success Portal.
Click on My Account.
Click on Success Plans. All your products will be displayed under the Select a product to manage heading, and the success plan they are currently on.
Clicking on each product will allow you to drill in to see your named support contacts under the Your success portal team heading.
If you click the View Plan button the details of your current plan will be displayed.
