Attaché: Documents are being received multiple times in Alex Document Delivery

If you are experiencing an issue where documents sent by Attaché Alex are being received more than once, follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.

  1. Go to Tools, Company, Document Management, and select one of the following 3 options, depending on the type of document that was sent multiple times:

    • If the issue is with a customer document, go to Customer Delivery Address.

    • If the issue is with a Supplier document, go to Supplier Delivery Address.

    • If the issue is with a payroll document, go to Employee Delivery Address.

  2. Using a customer document as an example, go to Customer Delivery Address.

  3. For the customer in question, enter the code in the Customer Code field, or select the Ellipsis button to choose the customer code.

  4. This will display the customer emails that are listed against each document type.

    📌Note: there may be multiple document types and multiple email addresses. If there is more than one email address against a document type, that document type will be sent multiple times.

  5. You can remove an email address against a document type if you require it.

    1. Select the email address in the list you want to remove.

    2. Go to Edit, Delete. The address will then be deleted.
