For a non-resident of Australia, here are 2 scenarios outlined below.
If the employee resides in another country and is paying taxes in another country and is PAID in other country, you cannot use an Australian Payroll system. You will have to be paid using another countries payroll system. You cannot be paid through Attaché.
If the employee resides in another country and is paying taxes in another country and is PAID from Australia, it is also not supported by Attaché. Product Team advises you will need to fill out a Foreign Income Statement. You should check with the ATO or your accountant on how to proceed with this.
