The new Access Finance Hub is now live!
We're thrilled to announce that we have launched our new Finance Hub.
The hub is designed to provide useful, financial-related information so you can stay in control of your relationship with Access. You will be able to view and download your invoices, raise cases with our Finance team, and request changes to other key information such as your billing address, Direct Debit, and more!
Access to the Finance Hub is permission-based, so if you already have access to the Customer Success Portal and are the nominated Finance Contact for your account, you will be able to access the hub. If you do not have access to the portal or are not set up as the nominated Finance contact, then head here first to register.
Once you have submitted your registration form, our team will review and update your permissions to grant you access to the Hub. This can take up to two business days. When your permissions have been updated you will receive a welcome email to advise that you can now access the Finance Hub. If you have any issues or questions, please contact us.
Navigating the finance hub
Navigating the Finance Hub couldn't be simpler. Log into the Customer Success Portal, then click My Account, you will see a new tab called Bills & Payments. This will take you straight to the Finance Hub.
Create a Finance Case
Click on the Take me there link from the Create Finance Case tile.
Finance Cases
Click on the Take me there link from the Finance Cases tile to search for existing or previously logged cases or see a list of these cases.
Finance Invoices
Click on the Take me there link from the Finance Invoice tile to search for existing Invoices or see a list of Invoices.
Finance FAQs
Click on the Take me there link from the FAQs tile to view a list of commonly asked questions on the Finance Hub.
