If you can't see the Customer or Supplier or Employee Delivery Address window after clicking on it, try the solution below:
Open the Customer or Supplier or Employee Delivery Address window that you are using.
Press Alt+Tab to select the lost window.
Hold the Windows key and tap the left or the right arrow key to snap the window back onto the screen.
📌Note: On Windows 10, you can right-click the taskbar and click Cascade Windows to move every window back onto the desktop.
Extra steps to modify registry settings If the above steps don't work
If the above steps did not resolve the issue, the steps below will reset the X & Y coordinates for Attaché Software running on this local machine.
📌Note: Attaché recommends that your Network Administrator or IT support person to perform these steps.
Close out of Attaché client software on your machine.
Open the system registry editor. i.e. click the Windows start button and type regedit and enter.
Navigate to the registry key in regedit as per below:
Computer\HKEY_USERS\{userID}\Software\Attache Software\
ATTCUSTOMERADDRESSES
ATTSUPPLIERADDRESSES
ATTEMPLOYEEADDRESSES
📌Note: Find the user by clicking through each folder. The ID of the folder is the UserID HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList.
Change the values of each item underneath the above registry key. Set the values of ScreenX and ScreenY to 0.
Reopen Attaché Client software.
Try opening Customer/Supplier/Employee Delivery Address to see if it displays correctly.
