To pay time in lieu you need to:
Enter hours against Time in Lieu Accrual(-) when accruing hours for time in lieu
Enter hours against Time in Lieu Taken(+) when taking time in lieu
Entering Time in Lieu Accrued
When entering figures in the time sheet, enter the total hours worked deducting the time in lieu. For example:
41 hours worked (entered against Ordinary time)
- 1 hours entered against Time in Lieu Accrued (-)
= Paid for 40 Hours
Entering Time in Lieu Taken
40 hours worked (entered against Ordinary time)
+1 hours entered against Time in Lieu Taken (-) (this will reduce the normal hours to 39hrs)
= Paid for 40 Hours
