For New Zealand payroll companies there are specific reports found in the NZ Report heading.
Use the IRD Reconciliation report to reconcile the PAYE tax, Child support, Student Loan amounts, KiwiSaver deductions and contributions, as well as the ESCT. You can use this report along with the Pay Totals History report to reconcile what you have remitted to the IRD.
Go to Payroll, Reports, NZ Reports.
Select IRD Reconciliation Report.
Enter the Report Date Range.
Select to Print EDF Report.
Print.
The Gross amounts remitted through Payday Filing are rounded for each employee to whole dollars. This means there may be a small difference between the Pay Totals report and Payday Filing gross amounts.
