Attaché Accounts: Statement date is not showing on the customer statement when printed

Updated over 3 months ago

If you currently do not see the statement date on your customer statements, then follow the steps below to add this field to your statement layout form.

  1. In your Attaché Accounts company, go to Setups, Customers, Forms Designer, Statement.

  2. Select the Form Code for the Statement you use from the Form Code field and click OK.

  3. Click the Select Field button from the tool bar.

  4. From the Select Fields, Header Fields section, select the following:

    • If your statement is Date-Based, then click and drag the Calculation Date field to the header section of the form where required. This aligns then with the Calculation Date field when you run a Date Based Customer Statement from Customers, Reports, Periodical, Statements - Date Based (A4).

    • If your statement is Period-Based, then click and drag the Statement Date field to the header section of the form where required.

  5. Select the label field and add a new label and call it Statement Date.

  6. Align this field with the Calculation Date or Statement date on your statement in the Header section as per step 4.

  7. You can run a test print to see how the changes will display by clicking the Print button then Test Print button within.

  8. If it displays as required, click the Save button to save the changes, or edit the fields accordingly and repeat step 7.
