The Fiji Government has reinstated pre-COVID superannuation rates of 10 percent employer and 8 percent employee contribution from 1 January 2024. (For more information you can read FNPF employer employee contributions to be restored from 1st Jan 2024.)
To meet these requirements, you need to update both the Employer Contribution and Employee Contribution in your Attaché Payroll company before the first pay in January 2024. Each task is described below.
To update your Employer Contribution (Super Guarantee)
Go to Setups, Payroll, Employer Contributions, Maintain.
At Contribution Code, select your Super Guarantee code.
Change the Percent value from 7 to 10 as per the screen shot below
Choose Accept (F9) to save your changes.
To update your Employee Contribution (Member Voluntary Super)
Go to Setups, Payroll, Deductions, Maintain.
At Contribution Code, select your Member Voluntary Super.
Change the Percent value from 7 to 8.
Choose Accept (F9) to save your changes.
