If the Bill of Materials tab in the Product Masterfile is not displaying for a product that has a bill of materials, then it is most likely due to an update to Attaché 24.1 and the new password level feature that is available. See: Access Attaché version 24.1 desktop release (May 2024)
With Attaché version 24.1, you can now control access to add or edit new or existing bill of materials details and instructions in Product Masterfiles by applying password level restrictions within Product Options. You will need to apply a password level equal or lower than the password level set in Product Options for users who needs to see the Bill of Materials tab.
To apply password level restrictions on the Product Masterfile to limit access to the Bill of Materials tab:
Go to Setups, Products, Options, Product Options
Under the Other Options tab, enter the required password level at the new Display Bill of Material Masterfiles field.
📌Note: Password Level 1 is the highest and Password Level 9 is the lowest access level.
Click Accept (F9) to save the change.
