Attaché Payroll: Show YTD balances for pay components on a Pay Advice

To show YTD totals for different components of a pay on the Pay Advice this has to be turned on for the pay element code and then on the Pay Advice screen.

To turn this on for an Income, Allowance, Deduction or Employment Contribution code:

  1. Go to Setups, Payroll, Income Types/Allowance/Deduction/Employer Contributions, Maintain.

  2. Select the Code.

  3. Tick the Show YTD on Pay advice box.

  4. Accept.

To then show this on the Pay Advice in an active pay:

  1. Using the Workflow screen Check Pays and print your reports as required.

  2. Create Bank File.

  3. Select to Print Pay Advice.

  4. Tick the Show all YTD in the Options section.

  5. Pay components with this selected will display the YTD value on the line.
